Laura Gomez enjoys working with people who are interested and motivated in living a healthy and happy lifestyle. For the past 10 years she has worked with adults and children with developmental disabilities as well as elders who are eager to stay healthy and active. Yoga has been a simple and productive source of stretching and exercise for her. She has seen many results with her own body as well as elders and disabled clients who practice yoga and meditation. She feels strongly about passing on this knowledge to others that are not familiar with the benefits of yoga and meditation and hopes it can become a daily routine that will help others who suffer from similar aches, pains, stress and anxiety.
